Delicious Laskiaispullat filled with sweet cloudberry jam and creamy caramel whipped cream, perfect for celebrating Shrove Tuesday!

Ingredients:

- 12 small buns
- Cloudberry jam
Caramel Whipped Cream:
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream

Instructions:

1. Measure the brown sugar and heavy cream into a saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil and then pour it into a bowl.
3. Allow the mixture to cool and then refrigerate it.
4. Once cooled, whip the caramel cream until fluffy.
5. Slice the small buns in half.
6. Fill the buns with cloudberry jam and caramel whipped cream.
