A delicious and nutritious vegetable pasta that is quick to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 100 g fresh basil, chopped
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
3. Add bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4. Stir in cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
5. Mix the cooked pasta into the vegetable mixture and add fresh basil. Stir well and heat for a moment.
6. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
