A hearty and flavorful stew made with reindeer or moose meat, vegetables, and cream. Perfect for a cozy dinner.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300-400 g bread cheese
- White pepper
- 1-2 carrots
- Salt
- 3 tbsp wheat flour or 3-4 tbsp rye or barley flour
- 1 kg boneless reindeer or moose shoulder
- 2 dl cream
- 2 onions
- Water
- 50 g butter
Instructions:
1. Cut the reindeer or moose meat into 2 cm cubes.
2. Brown the meat in a pan with butter.
3. Add chopped onions and diced carrots to the pan.
4. Season with salt and white pepper.
5. Sprinkle the flour over the meat and mix well.
6. Pour in the cream and enough water to cover the meat.
7. Allow the stew to simmer on low heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours, until the meat is tender.
8. Serve the stew with slices of bread cheese.
