A traditional Finnish breakfast featuring a savory omelet and soft flatbreads.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of rieska (Finnish flatbread)
- 4 eggs
- 100 g smoked reindeer meat (optional)
- 1 dl milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
- Fresh herbs (e.g., chives) for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
2. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the top of the omelet is set.
4. If desired, add the smoked reindeer on top of the omelet.
5. In a separate pan, lightly fry the rieska on both sides until warm.
6. Serve the warm rieska alongside the omelet and garnish with fresh herbs.
