Ingredients:
- 4 eggs- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 sausages
- 2 fried tomatoes
- 200 g mushrooms
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.2. In the same pan, cook the sausages in the bacon fat until nicely browned. Remove them from the pan as well.
3. Chop the mushrooms and sauté them in the pan until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cut the tomatoes in half and fry them in the pan until they are soft.
5. Cook the eggs to your liking (e.g., poached or fried).
6. Toast the bread and spread butter on it.
7. Arrange all the ingredients on a plate: bacon, sausages, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs, and toast.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
