Serving Size: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 banana - 1 cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 scoop (about 30 g) whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup ice cubes
- (optional) ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the banana. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
