Ingredients:
- 2 dl flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, rolled oats, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar).
3. Add the milk, oil, and eggs to the dry mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth.
4. Gently fold in the nuts and dried fruits into the batter.
5. Divide the batter into the muffin liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
