Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can decorate with chocolate icing or powdered sugar.
