This classic Italian pasta carbonara is a quick and delicious dish that can be ready in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a weeknight meal or entertaining guests.

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, slice the bacon or pancetta and fry it in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for a moment.
3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and save about 1 cup of the cooking water.
4. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, whole egg, and grated Parmesan cheese. Add reserved pasta water as needed until the mixture is creamy.
5. Combine the hot pasta with the bacon and garlic in the pan. Remove the pan from heat.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and quickly toss to prevent the eggs from cooking too much, creating a creamy sauce.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley.
