A delightful and creamy panna cotta infused with delicious licorice salt. Perfect for sweet tooth lovers. Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 2 hours chilling time
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 ml cream - 2.5 gelatin sheets
- 50 ml sugar
- 1 tsp licorice powder (Haupt Lakrits)
- 1 Kismet Fazer licorice bar
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water to soften them. 2. In a saucepan, combine the cream and sugar. Add the licorice powder.
3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes until it simmers.
4. Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin sheets and add them to the saucepan. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
5. Chop the Kismet licorice bar into small pieces.
6. Place about 2 teaspoons of the Kismet pieces at the bottom of serving dishes.
7. Pour the panna cotta mixture into the dishes and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
8. Before serving, sprinkle additional Kismet pieces on top for garnish.
