A delightful panna cotta that is soft and creamy, complemented by delicious cloudberry jam. This dessert is a perfect choice for celebrations or everyday indulgence.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours chilling

Ingredients:
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl milk
- 40 g sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Cloudberry jam for serving
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the gelatin sheets. Stir until the gelatin is completely melted.
4. Pour the mixture into serving cups or glasses and let it cool to room temperature.
5. Transfer the cups to the refrigerator and let them set for at least 4 hours.
6. Before serving, top with cloudberry jam.
