A delightful and creamy panna cotta that melts hearts for white chocolate lovers. This treat is a perfect dessert for celebrations or everyday enjoyment. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + 4 hours in the fridge
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream - 1 cup milk
- 75 g sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 240 g white chocolate
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.2. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream, milk, and sugar to a boil.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the squeezed gelatin sheets. Stir well until dissolved.
4. Crumble the white chocolate and add it to the warm mixture. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into serving cups and let it cool at room temperature. Then transfer to the fridge and allow to set for at least 4 hours.
6. Serve, for example, with fresh berries.
