A delicious panna cotta with a unique flavor from rosemary, perfect for parties or everyday desserts.
Preparation Time: 4 hours (includes setting time)
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 gelatin leaves
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, sugar, rosemary, vanilla sugar, and salt. Do not boil; just warm until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the soaked gelatin leaves. Stir well until fully dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into serving cups and let it cool at room temperature.
5. Transfer the cups to the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Serve garnished with rosemary or alongside berries.
