Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Berries or fruits for garnish (such as strawberries or raspberries)
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, and sugar over low heat. Do not boil; stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the gelatin sheets (squeeze out excess water before adding) and vanilla sugar. Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
4. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or other containers and allow to cool at room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
5. Serve the panna cotta with berries or fruits on top.
