A simple and delicious panna cotta that combines creaminess with the freshness of yogurt. This dessert is perfect for weekend breakfasts or brunches and makes an excellent choice for a Mother's Day treat.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml thick yogurt
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 100 g muesli
- Berries (e.g., blueberries, blackberries)
- Edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
2. Heat the cream in a saucepan and add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the drained gelatin sheets. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then mix in the yogurt.
5. Pour the mixture into small cups or a larger bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
6. Before serving, sprinkle muesli and berries on top. You can also decorate the servings with edible flowers.
