A delicious and silky Italian dessert made with just a few simple ingredients. Perfect for special occasions or weeknight treats. Preparation Time: 15 minutes + 4 hours in the refrigerator
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 ml cream - 70 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 star anise
- 4 gelatin sheets
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5-10 minutes.2. Pour the cream into a saucepan and add the sugar, vanilla extract, and star anise. Heat the mixture over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and discard the star anise. Add the soaked gelatin sheets to the hot cream and stir until completely melted.
4. Pour the mixture into serving cups and let cool at room temperature.
5. Transfer the cups to the refrigerator and let them set for at least 4 hours.
6. Serve with your choice of toppings, such as berries or fruits.
