Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 ml heavy cream - 100 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 3 gelatin leaves
- 1 orange (zest and juice)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Zest the thoroughly washed orange and squeeze the juice into a bowl.2. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for about 5 minutes.
3. In a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar, orange juice, and zest.
4. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it comes to a boil. Let it boil for about half a minute.
5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the soaked gelatin leaves. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
6. Pour the panna cotta mixture into serving cups and let it cool at room temperature. Transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
7. Serve chilled, optionally with fresh berries on top.
