A delicious Finnish cranberry pudding served warm with vanilla ice cream and crispy wafer rolls.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- Sugar (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon liqueur stick (optional)
- Vanilla ice cream (for serving)
- Crispy wafer rolls (for serving)
Instructions:
1. Sweeten the cranberry juice with sugar as desired. In a small bowl, mix the potato starch with a little cold juice to create a slurry.
2. Heat the remaining cranberry juice in a saucepan and gradually stir in the potato starch mixture. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly until thickened.
3. Add the liqueur stick and fresh cranberries to the pudding, stirring gently.
4. Serve the cranberry pudding warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and accompanied by crispy wafer rolls.
