Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the sugar and eggs together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
5. Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar into the mixture and gently fold until combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with berries. Enjoy!
