A festive cranberry pudding perfect for the holiday season. Serves 4. Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 0.5 l diluted but strong cranberry juice
- 2.5 tbsp potato starch
Additionally:
- Spelt or other gingerbread cookies
- Frozen cranberries
- A little light sour cream
- Mint leaves
Instructions:
1. Boil the cranberry juice or use ready-made juice.
2. Taste and adjust the strength and sweetness of the juice to your liking.
3. In a saucepan, mix the cold juice and potato starch together.
4. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens.
5. Serve the pudding with gingerbread cookies, frozen cranberries, light sour cream, and mint leaves.
