A delicious and rich cheesecake perfect for various occasions. Easy to make and delightful to enjoy! Preparation Time: 2 hours (includes chilling time)
Serving Size: 10-12 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.2. In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
3. Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
4. Bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 50-60 minutes until the cake is set.
5. Allow the cake to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries or fruits if desired.
