A mouthwatering grilled steak inspired by the famous restaurant Herman in Turku, perfect for barbecues or weekend indulgence. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks (e.g., ribeye or tenderloin) - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 servings of grilled vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, and onions)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the steaks: Rub the steaks with olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Allow them to marinate for about 15 minutes. 2. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
3. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
4. During the last few minutes of grilling, add the lemon slices to the grill and cook until they have nice grill marks.
5. Serve the grilled steaks with the grilled vegetables and sprinkle the grilled lemon slices on top.
