This delicious pumpkin pie is perfect for autumn and holiday celebrations. The homemade crust and filling make it especially flavorful!

Ingredients:

- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 400 g fresh pumpkin
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, sugar, and the egg. Knead the dough until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a disc and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the Pumpkin:
- Boil the pumpkin in a pot until soft, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
3. Make the Filling:
- In a bowl, combine the mashed pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, cream, and salt until well mixed.
4. Pre-bake the Crust:
- Pre-bake the dough in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
5. Add the Filling:
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the pre-baked crust and bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, until the filling is set.
6. Cool and Serve:
- Allow the pie to cool before serving. It can be enjoyed with whipped cream on top.
