Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g chocolate chips (milk chocolate recommended)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a square baking pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the mixture and stir well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Stir in the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until combined.
6. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently mix until just combined.
7. Fold in the chocolate chips lightly.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
9. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but still slightly moist in the center.
10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
