A delicious bread pudding made with stale bread, milk, and cream, perfect for dessert or a sweet breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 6 slices of stale bread
- 2 dl milk
- 2 dl cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g raisins (optional)
- Butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with butter.
2. Cut the stale bread into cubes and place them in the greased baking dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes and stir gently to combine.
5. If using, add the raisins and mix them in.
6. Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the liquid.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Serve warm, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
