Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool. 2. Chop the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion into small pieces.
3. Crumble the feta cheese and slice the black olives.
4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, vegetables, feta cheese, and olives.
5. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6. Allow the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
