Delicious thin pancakes that can be filled in various ways. This recipe will take you to the flavors of France! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour - 2 eggs
- 4 dl milk
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil (for frying)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and salt. Whisk until smooth.2. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little melted butter or oil.
4. Pour about 1/2 dl of batter into the pan and tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
5. Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift from the pan, then flip it. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
7. Serve the crepes with your choice of filling, such as berries, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.
