Delicious cauliflower bread cups made from loaf bread slices and a cheesy sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or a side dish for any meal.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 cups

Ingredients:

- 6 slices of loaf bread
- 1 small cauliflower (about 300 g)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut the bread slices into circles and press them into a muffin tin to form cups. Bake the bread cups in the oven for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
3. Wash and chop the cauliflower into small pieces. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for about 5 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
4. Prepare the cheese sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Stir continuously for about 1 minute. Gradually add the milk while stirring until the mixture thickens. Add the shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted.
5. Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese sauce and mix well.
6. Fill the bread cups with the cauliflower-cheese mixture and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
