Ingredients:

- 4 pike perch fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Season the pike perch fillets with salt and pepper. Cook the fillets in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove the fish fillets from the pan and keep warm.
4. Add the white wine and lemon juice to the pan. Boil until the liquid is reduced by half.
5. Stir in the cream and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
6. Add the capers and chopped parsley to the sauce. Mix until smooth.
7. Serve the pike perch fillets with the sauce, garnished with lemon slices.
