A delightful combination of pike perch fillets and tasty chanterelles in a creamy sauce, perfect for a dinner or special occasion.

Ingredients

- 200 g frozen chanterelles
- 1 small onion
- 1.5 dl cream
- 100 g butter
- 2 small pike perch fillets, skinless

Instructions

1. Thaw the frozen chanterelles and drain any excess liquid.
2. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in 50 g of butter in a pan until soft.
3. Add the chanterelles to the onions and cook for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the cream and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Heat the remaining butter in another pan and cook the pike perch fillets on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
7. Serve the pike perch fillets with the chanterelle sauce.
