Ingredients:
- 400 g giant beans (canned or dried)- 1 can crushed tomatoes (400 g)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft and translucent.
4. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the skillet and stir well.
5. Add the giant beans, salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix all the ingredients together.
6. Allow the dish to simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Serve warm with fresh bread or roasted potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
