A refreshing and delicious salad that combines the flavors of cheese, yogurt, and lemon. Perfect for lunch on a hot summer day or as part of a Mediterranean spread.

Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or oregano for garnish
Instructions:
1. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl.
2. Add the yogurt, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the feta cheese. Mix well.
3. Peel and dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the red onion.
4. Add the vegetables to the cheese mixture and gently combine.
5. Drizzle the olive oil over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley or oregano before serving.
