Deliciously sticky chicken wings with Asian flavors. Perfect for sharing with friends.
Preparation Time: 3 hours + 30-35 minutes baking time
Serving Size: 2 people

Ingredients:

- 800 g plain chicken wings
- Marinade:
- 0.5 dl teriyaki sauce
- 0.5 dl soy sauce
- 0.25 dl toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 3-4 cloves garlic, grated
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients well.
2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss to ensure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least three hours (two hours will also impart flavor).
3. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
4. Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the wings are cooked through and beautifully browned. If baking a larger batch, use convection and bake on two sheets or in a larger tray.
