Description: A creamy, rich, and delicious homemade version of the classic Irish cream liqueur. Perfect for sipping or adding to coffee!Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: Makes approximately 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 dl whiskey
- ½ dl espresso or strong coffee
- 1 tsp dark cocoa powder
- A pinch of vanilla powder
Instructions:
1. Mix the cocoa powder into the hot coffee until dissolved.
2. Measure all ingredients into a bowl.
3. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into bottles.
5. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy!
