Delicious Baileys truffles combining marzipan and chocolate. Perfect treat for parties or to enjoy yourself. Preparation Time: 2-3 hours (includes drying)
Serving Size: Approximately 30 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g marzipan
- 3 tbsp Baileys liqueur
- A pinch of powdered sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate (e.g., Fazer’s blue)
- Milk chocolate for decoration
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the marzipan, Baileys liqueur, and powdered sugar until you achieve a thick consistency.
2. Shape the mixture into your desired size and shape of truffles. Place them on a baking paper to dry for about 1-2 hours.
3. Melt the dark chocolate and dip the dried truffles into it.
4. Decorate the truffles with melted milk chocolate as desired.
