This refreshing and rich Baileys ice cream is the perfect ending to your holiday meal. The delicious flavor combines creamy liqueur and chocolate, and you can choose the topping according to your preference.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate sauce or caramel sauce (for topping)
- Chocolate decorations (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
2. Add Baileys, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the whipped cream and gently mix until combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased or lined loaf pan.
4. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the ice cream is completely frozen.
