Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti - 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water.2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic for a few minutes.
4. Add the cream and milk to the pan, mix well, and heat through.
5. Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the pan. Let the sauce simmer for a moment.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Drain the spaghetti and mix it into the sauce.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh dill if desired.
