recipe
A delicious and rich pasta dish that comes together quickly, perfect for weeknight dinners. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms or chanterelles)
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the garlic and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are soft and the moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the mushroom mixture and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
6. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh parsley.
