A delicious smoked salmon pasta that's quick and easy to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner. Fresh pasta is combined with a creamy sauce featuring Safu smoked salmon.

Ingredients:

- 300 g fresh pasta
- 200 g Safu smoked salmon
- 200 ml cream
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the fresh pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain the pasta and save a bit of the cooking water.
2. Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in olive oil in a pan over medium heat until soft.
3. Add the cream to the pan and mix well. Allow the sauce to warm up.
4. Cut the Safu smoked salmon into small pieces and add them to the pan. Gently stir until the salmon is heated through.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix all ingredients well. If needed, add a little cooking water to help the sauce coat the pasta.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the portions on plates and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
