This delicious creamy mushroom pasta is quick and easy to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner. Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and golden brown.
4. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let the mixture heat for a few minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to prevent the pasta from drying out.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
