A delicious fusion burrito filled with spicy kimchi and meatless Härkis, complemented by fresh herbs and sweet pear. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Härkis original (250 g)
- 1 pear, diced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 jar kimchi
- 2 tablespoons gochujang mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Fresh herbs (e.g., cilantro, basil)
- Gluten-free tortillas or wraps
Instructions:
1. Heat the Härkis in a pan and add the grated ginger and diced pear. Cook until the pear is soft.
2. Stir in the kimchi and gochujang mayonnaise. Mix well and heat for a few more minutes.
3. Take the gluten-free tortillas and place a layer of cooked rice in the center of each tortilla.
4. Top the rice with the Härkis and kimchi mixture.
5. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
6. Roll the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape and enjoy immediately!
