Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until smooth.
2. Taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness or saltiness by adding more honey or soy sauce as needed.
3. Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
