- 1 whole Finnish rainbow trout
- Smoking wood chips
- Wooden skewers
- Sea salt (or regular salt)
Instructions:
1. Clean the rainbow trout thoroughly and remove the insides.
2. Rub sea salt inside and on top of the fish. Let it cure for about 30 minutes.
3. Prepare the smoker by adding the smoking wood chips.
