- 1 bottle of sparkling wine
- 4 fresh strawberries
- Appetizer:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 4 slices of rye bread
- Main Course:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dessert:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- Vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions:

1. Aperitif: Start by serving the sparkling wine and add a fresh strawberry to each glass as a garnish.
2. Appetizer: Mix the cream cheese, lime juice, and dill together. Spread the mixture on the rye bread slices and top with smoked salmon. Cut the bread into quarters and serve.
3. Main Course: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken fillets seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown on both sides. Add chopped bell pepper, zucchini, and crushed garlic cloves. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through.
4. Dessert: Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar, then add the melted chocolate mixture and flour. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
