Ingredients:
- 400 g minced chicken
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 chili, finely chopped (to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Lettuce or rice, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the minced chicken until fully cooked.
2. Add lime juice, fish sauce, and rice flour to the skillet. Mix well.
3. Stir in the red onion, cilantro, mint, and chili. Cook for an additional few minutes.
4. Season with salt to taste.
5. Serve warm on lettuce leaves or with rice.
