Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Chop the onion and garlic, then add them to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the chopped chicken fillets to the skillet and cook until they are fully cooked.
4. Add the diced bell pepper and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.
5. Pour the cream into the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and dried basil. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
