Ingredients:
- 1 pack chicken fillets- A splash of oil
- 1-2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp herb mix
- 1 bag of wok vegetables
- 1 can Kippari cooking cream
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.2. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and brown them until golden.
3. Season the fillets with curry powder, salt, turmeric, and herb mix. Stir well.
4. Add the wok vegetables to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5. Pour the Kippari cooking cream into the pan and mix all the ingredients well together.
6. Allow the dish to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes, until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
7. Serve immediately, for example with rice or pasta.
