Ingredients:
- 6 large cooked potatoes, diced
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 250 g leftover smoked ham, sliced
- 1/2 garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until they are soft and translucent.
3. Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until they are golden brown.
4. Add the sliced ham and cook for a few more minutes until the ham is heated through.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
