Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach - 1 ripe banana
- 1 apple (diced)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the spinach thoroughly and drain. 2. Place the spinach, banana, apple, and almond milk in a blender.
3. Add the chia seeds and honey or maple syrup if using.
4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
