Ingredients:

- 1 banana
- 100 ml fresh berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 100 ml milk (or almond milk)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:

2. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until the smoothie is smooth and creamy.
